The touchpad is generously sized at 5.1 x 3.2 inches, and features a nice tactile feel, support for Windows gestures, and a handy fingerprint reader in the top-left corner. The textured surface is great to touch and the use of small colored pigment dots are a refreshing addition. Most importantly, it helps toward it too, by reducing CO2 emissions by 21% and lowering the negative impact from VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Stylistically, the 30% PCR plastic chassis is not painted, which leads to an interesting visual flair that very much looks like you’re doing good for the planet. Translating these numbers into real-world use, this is easy enough to carry around, thin enough to not be an encumbrance in your backpack, and light enough for easy portability, which is impressive given the eco-friendly, durable design. This is slightly bigger and heavier than Samsung’s Galaxy Book Pro 360 (13.9 x 9 x 0.5 inches, 3.1 pounds), but smaller and thinner than the HP Envy x360 15 (14.1 x 9 x 0.72 inches, 4.1 pounds). The dimensions are standard : 14.3 x 9.4 x 0.7 inches with a weight of 4 pounds. Of course, the biggest talking point of the Aspire Vero is its design, but let’s discuss the numbers first.
